Krysta M. Cwynar, LMT
HI I’m Krysta! I graduated from Niagara County Community College with a degree in Massage Therapy. I specialize in Deep Tissue, Cupping, and Sports Massage. I am full body certified in SportStretch® and continue to search for ways to learn more about the human body and ways I can help my athletes. Currently I am working with some professional athletes to help them be refreshed and ready for each game. Through deep work I help the body’s fascia release and relax. I am also a certified fitness instructor. I teach Spin, TRX, and group fitness classes at local boutique studios in WNY. Health, wellness and fitness is my passion and love to share my passion with all of clients. I enjoy all sports and have an extreme passion for the game. I enjoy participating in events that benefit local organizations, like the Ride for Roswell, Empire State Ride, and the Gran Fondo.
