HI I’m Krysta! I graduated in 2020 from NCCC with a degree in Massage Therapy. I specialize in Deep Tissue, Cupping, and Sports Massage. Through deep work I help the body’s fascia release and relax. I am also a certified fitness instructor. I teach Spin, TRX, and group fitness classes at local boutique studios in WNY. Health, wellness and fitness is my passion and love to share my passion with all of clients. Laura H. Herby, LMT
Hi all, I’m Laura Herby I graduated from Niagara County Community College with a Massage Therapy degree. I am passionate about helping people heal by using a holistic and compassionate approach. Currently, I use techniques such as swedish, deep tissue, and trigger point therapy. Along, with these techniques I am a certified Reiki II practitioner. With the help of Reiki, I can remove negative energy, and bring positive energy in. I am also trained in CranioSacral Therapy (CST). CST is a light touch technique that can help with depression, anxiety, PTSD, migraines, and many other issues. I have competed in many sports including ice hockey, softball, and weightlifting, which led to my interest in health and wellness. I feel self-care is very important to help heal and cleanse my soul. I love working out, being in nature, on the water, and gardening among my other things. I love my job as a massage therapist and helping you heal. Elizabeth Siclari is a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist practicing in Buffalo, NY. She obtained her Master's in Science with a speciality in Creative Arts from Nazareth College in 2016. She specializes in using the expressive arts as a therapeutic tool; however, is confident using a variety of treatment methods that best fit her client's needs to help them achieve their mental and emotional goals.
Elizabeth currently works full time providing individual psychotherapy services to the community of Niagara Falls, NY. She has experience in group therapy work and has offered groups such as art therapy, managing anxiety, and grief recovery.
Elizabeth has worked in the mental health field for over 6 years. Within her years of working, she has gained the experience, skills, and knowledge to help clients work through depression, anxiety, grief/loss, pre/postpartum mood disorders, and other mood disorders.
She continues to educate herself in the field of psychotherapy and is interested in completing certifications in positive psychology, yoga therapy, and EMDR.
