Krysta Marie Cwynar, LMT
Hi, I'm Krysta! I’m a New York State Licensed Massage Therapist with a degree in Massage Therapy from Niagara County Community College. I specialize in Deep Tissue Massage, Assisted Stretching, Cupping Therapy, and Sports Massage. I am currently working toward becoming a National Board-Certified Massage Therapist. I am dedicated to ongoing education and continually expanding my skill set. I have the privilege of working with professional athletes (shoutout to the Buffalo Bandits) to help them stay refreshed, focused, and ready for every game. Through deep tissue techniques, I focus on releasing and relaxing the body’s fascia to improve mobility and alleviate tension. In addition to massage therapy, I teach Spin and Group Fitness classes at local boutique studios across Western New York. Health, wellness, and fitness are my true passions, and I’m always excited to share this passion with my clients. As an avid sports enthusiast, I enjoy participating in events that support local organizations, including the Ride for Roswell, Empire State Ride, and anything that involves my bike.

Meet our Massage Therapist
Brandon Rappold LMT
My name is Brandon Rappold, LMT. From an early age, I knew I wanted to work in the medical field and help people live healthier lives. Bodywork has always fascinated me, and I originally pursued Physical Therapy for two years before discovering my passion for Massage Therapy. In 2012, I completed the rigorous training and student clinic at NYIM, passed my Boards, and began my journey as a Licensed Massage Therapist.
Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work at various spas in downtown Buffalo and currently practice throughout the Buffalo, NY area. I specialize in Hot Stone Massage for deep relaxation, Pregnancy Massage to support expectant mothers, Auth Method of Deep Tissue Massage for targeted pain relief, and Swedish Massage for overall wellness/stress reduction.
Why I Became a Massage Therapist?
People work hard every day and often forget to care for themselves, leading to fatigue, pain, and illness. Massage Therapy offers a safe and proactive way to address these issues, helping to alleviate daily tension, improve body mechanics, and enhance overall well-being.
I believe Massage Therapy is an essential part of wellness, providing a path to better quality of life and balance for the mind and body.
Meet our Massage Therapist
Jessica Lopacki LMT
Hello! My name is Jessica, and I am a New York State Licensed Massage Therapist and a proud graduate of The New York Institute of Massage. My journey into the field of massage began two years ago when I balanced part-time studies with a full-time job and the joy of raising my two beautiful daughters. Prior to pursuing massage, I worked as a Pediatric Nurse for seven years—a role I’ve loved deeply. However, I have always sought to challenge myself and expand my skills, which led me to follow a long-held dream of becoming a massage therapist. Massage therapy has been a passion of mine since my late teens, and I’m thrilled to now be part of this rewarding profession. My areas of expertise include Relaxation Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Sports Massage. I’m deeply committed to continuing my education and experiences, with a goal of one day working with professional athletes. My mission is to customize each session to meet the unique needs of my clients, helping them feel their absolute best both physically and mentally.
I look forward to helping you on your wellness journey and can’t wait to work with you in the future!
